Financial Policy
Woodfield Dental is a non-assignment office, which means that we require payment in full at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. Patients with dental insurance often receive a cheque from their insurance company within a few days. We are more than happy to help you by sending your insurance claim electronically; however, your dental insurance policy is a contract between you and your employer.
Under the Federal Privacy Act, you as the policy holder are responsible for notifying us of changes to your coverage. You should also be aware of which procedures are and are not covered under your plan, in order to avoid any disappointment in claim reimbursement. We will continue to do our best to assist you in any way possible to help maximize your benefits.
We gladly accept different methods of payment, including cash, cheque, Visa, MasterCard and Interac.
